ARE YOU STILL A FLOWER SHOP?
This is our most frequently asked question. We are glad you asked! We started out as a flower shop and over the years added gifts. Fleurt Collective is now an apparel, gift and plant shop.
DO YOU ACCEPT ANY TYPE OF PAYMENT?
In-store purchases may be paid for by credit card or cash only. We are unable to accept personal checks. Online orders may be paid for by credit card or Paypal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Applicable sale tax will be added to purchases made and shipped within the US. All payments are processed using Shopify. Fleurt Collective gift cards issued in the store are only accepted in our physical store, they can not be used online at our website. You can order a E-Card via the website. The E-Card is emailed to you or the recipient with a unique code that is used upon check out on our website. E-Cards are available in denominations starting at $25.
IS FLEURT COLLECTIVE HIRING?
We currently do not have any open positions at Fleurt Collective but do accept résumés via email. You are welcome to stop in and say “hello” to find out about future hiring opportunities!
CAN I SELL MY GOODS IN YOUR SHOP?
We’re always on the lookout for up-and-coming artists and cool new products! If you would like to be considered, please send an email with line sheets to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll be in touch right away if we decide to move forward! We try our best but may not be able to answer all submissions and requests. Please refrain from sending multiple emails.

CAN I ORDER THIS SOLD OUT ITEM?
Sometimes due to popular demand, items sell out fast. We place reorders frequently if the product is still available from our makers and suppliers. Please email us with a product name and/or description of what you’d like and we’ll get back to you!
I SEE SOMETHING ON THE FLEURT COLLECTIVE WEBSITE, CAN I PICK IT UP IN-STORE?
Yes, we can arrange that! Once you place an online order, we will send you a notification with the order is ready for pick up. We offer in store and curbside pick up.
You can also call the shop to inquire or place an order.
MY ORDER IS A GIFT, HOW IS THIS HANDLED?
All orders are wrapped in gift paper with ribbon. Your receipt will be emailed to you, there will be no prices on your items. Jewelry comes in a jewelry box with ribbon. Presentation is important to us so whether this is an order for you or a friend, your items will be packaged beautifully.
I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE, WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. We ship via USPS priority mail throughout the US and you should receive your order within 1-3 business days. At the time of shipping you will receive notification with a tracking number.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will get a confirmation email once your order is placed and once it is shipped.
